| The Waikapu Community Association invites you to its next General Membership Meeting on Monday, March 09, 2020 at 7 pm at Valley Isle Fellowship, 1033 Waiale Rd. (entrance located off of Kokololio Rd). Guest speaker Jonathan Starr will present plans for the proposed Wailuku Hotel project, and would like to hear feedback from the Waikapu community. Information on how community members may send in questions or concerns for inclusion in the hotel project’s draft Environmental Assessment (EA), will also be provided. Guest speaker Mike Atherton, Maui Tropical Plantation owner, and developer of the proposed Waikapu Country Town, will discuss a proposed sewer treatment plant. Guest speaker Angel Crumpton will share exclusive Waikapu community deals offered at the Maui Tropical Plantation, Mill House Restaurant and more. The Waikapu Community Association actively seeks members of the Waikapu Community to join its Board of Directors. We also welcome Waikapu keiki from 6th-12th grade to join our newly created Waikapu Community Association Junior Advisory Committee, to allow youth voices to be heard by developers, elected officials and others who propose projects that affect Waikapu.
