Topics will include:
The state response to request for guard rail installed along Honoapiilani above Waikapu Gardens. The HICO response regarding the installation of weather stations on power poles in Waikapū as well as the use of drones in our neighborhood. An update from the County of Maui Department of Environmental Management regarding the sewer line upgrades in our community and Kuihelani Solar with information on phase 2 of their solar plant in Waikapū.
During our meeting we will hear Legislative updates from County Council Chair Alice Lee, and State Representative Tyson Miyake.
