The Waikapu Community Association invites you to its next General Membership Meeting on Monday December 9th at 7 pm at Valley Isle Fellowship (entrance located off of Kokololio Rd).
Guest speaker Everett Dowling will inform the community about the status of the proposed State of Hawaii, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) Pu’unani Homestead Subdivision, to be located in Waikapu north of and adjacent to the existing Waiolani Mauka subdivision. The DHHL project will consist of 161 lots (137 single family homes and 24 lots) on approximately 48 acres of land, with two entrances from Honoapiilani Highway.
Guest speaker Bill Frampton will give an update on the proposed fast-track workforce housing project located north of the new Waiale Elua subdivision, and south of the Longs Drugs Store on Waiale Road. The Waikapu Development Venture project proposes 68 single family homes and 12 duplex units on approximately 12.5 acres of land below Honoapiilani Highway.
Updates on several other real estate developments will also be provided at the meeting. The annual elections will also be held. Please join the WCA for this GMM.
