Waikapu Basketball Court to close from Aug. 10 to Nov. 7 for lights construction project
The County of Maui, Department of Parks and Recreation announces that the Waikapu Basketball Court will be closed to the public from Aug. 10 through Nov. 7, 2020, for the construction of the Waikapu Park Play Court Lights project.
The project will include the removal and replacement of existing sports lighting fixtures, poles and electrical equipment at the basketball/volleyball play court.
The department asks the public to remain outside of the construction area barriers for safety precautions.
