Members of the Waikapu Community Association attended the blessing and grand-reopening of the renovated Waikapu Community Center on October 27, 2022. the WCA looks forward to having many meetings and events with the Waikapu community at the facility for years to come. Mahalo to the County of Maui, Mayor Victorino, Dept of Parks & Recreation Director Karla Peters, Parks Coordinator Cheryl Akiona, and the entire Parks & Recreation team, council member Alice Lee and so many others who made this possible.
